Whoo back from the first "agm" hahaa
Today was quite a scary day la, me and elissa went up to make speech
I was so damn scared to be honest
My voice trembling.. I just read from the paper that I prepared lor (lucky I got prepare paper HAHA)
Yay for welfare. Everyone was so super enthu today =D

Then the new council recruits got 34,
and WOW
21 put welfare as FIRST CHOICE
Me and elissa were shocked la to be honest
We didnt expect so much
So we got to "eliminate" ppl le..

Which is quite sad actually

Spec course phase 3...
hai hao ba

first day v sian.. woke up super early? 5am LOL. went to bathe.. eat.. change... then pack some stuff that i lazy to pack the nite before... then my father and mother drive me to meet jinfeng and kaijie and fetch all of us to amoy quee camp..

then reach amoy quee camp first thing i know is that we haf to wear beret straight away
so kind of a lil sian sian... then wore it.. and jinfeng insisted on us marching in.
and i sort of remember GOH the sirs told us once we reach NCC HQ campus, must straight away march le
so we juz march..
march until block 246 (i think) and we saw quite a lot of ppl
and saw...
A TOILET

that time i was having stomach pain
then i just try lo..
go into toilet
and yar...
diarrhoea

always forever swey wif diarrhoea during impt stuff...
like overseas trip wif my family never ever had i one time never diarrhoea before one

IFC = scary scary scary
revision which is quite helpful carried out by the clts... and some other ppl from our platoon
oh ya gotta add in sth, our platoon have alot of nanhua ppl
lol
they so lucky can be in the same platoon (nt like me jinfeng kaijie all got split up)
and there's one girl from nanhua (who's second sgt btw) who is CHAO standard
timing = loud
drills = quite gd (better than me)
attitude = definitely one of the best in the platoon
yep ok so back to IFC
then my name first on the platoon 3 namelist
so i have to take the test first

this one cocked up alot alot alot. i used thumbnail method when it is already not in use.... and thumbnail method used to measure PEOPLE... but i use it to measure a COCONUT TREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

so during waiting times me and jonathan met one guy called yue han.

then dinner..
we had some pudding
and egg (finally sth i like)
as usual... very filling.

i just gave timing coz suddenly the platoon no timer le (clt ask timer to cut timing i think, or to change timer or sth)

so my timing is a little fast lar...

our platoon v slack compared to oscar 1 and oscar 2
as in the way we are taught the trainfire methods
our CLTs are nice
compared to jinfeng and kaijie's ones

did quite fast, maybe 45 sec? lol
stripping rifle is easy

2) Assembling rifle in 1min
a little rush cos my bolt carrier grp that part a little cocked up
but i think i did a little faster for assembling than stripping..
cos assembling easier than stripping

3) IA drill

4) Load/Unload magazine procedure
i monkey see, monkey do. dont really know wat im doing, but i guess majority of all of us also is look arnd and do de lo..

5) Put 15 pellets into the empty magazine in 25sec

Part C bonding camp over le
hopefully after the camp, we're more bonded as a part

Bond is v impt like wat mr chua said

Camp was okay

At first when me and weihua were grouped in the 4th group, and group 2 and 3 were full of ahs people, I was really scared... thinking "hey I'm the last to shoot. last means last and last means bad..."
Then the sirs over there asked the first three groups to enter the liferange area, leaving me and weihua with many strangers.
The feeling is b-a-d.

But I just vomit out all the things I know on the paper so my test paper is 3 and a half pages long with v small words (considered small as I write smaller than my usual big lol)

What a sad day.

IMT test failed so badly.
If I failed by a little, it's still ok.
But getting 0/20 is really hurting.
It makes me so demoralised and sad hais.

I dont know what happen in the IMT test
But all I know.. it passed very quickly and I recall myself telling weihua "how come i shoot the things cannot hit the target one!!!"
I really followed the HABIT thing. I really did. I shot at the stupid target. I really did.
But how come the shots all fly to the left one???

Sgt waileong told me I should have shot a little to the right so that my shots can land on the target instead
So unfair if it's true
But alex in front of me in my row.. he did not have this problem.

Welcome Party Commitee 2007 It took us many weeks of plannings and stress, and finally we did it. It's over!!! I think the welcome party ran quite smoothly. Hopefully the Part As, Part Bs and Part Ds enjoyed it. And of course the part Cs too. I must admit I'm quite blur today actually, not really knowing what to do until zheng wei or stefan brief me. That's because I've been a secretary copying and printing stuff out and not participating actively in the discussions the committee have in the past about the games and stuff. Haha sorry Truthfully, I do not know what happened during wacko as me and wenjie were filling up water bombs (as you know I cant tie water bombs.. i fill he tie) But I think Battlefield and Captain Soap are success games. The part As look like they enjoyed them. HOPEFULLY they really did enjoy them, and it's not only me wishfully thinking here!!! I was the judge for the captain soap thingy, and many Part Cs came and drip soap all over me, poor me who only have one shirt. -______- And I dont know how my white long pants suddenly got pen markings on it and so much soap substance on it!!!! Ahhh I dont think it can be washed off... It's tiring. Shouting and telling people the instructions and the rules of the games etc. And running around finding people or running to help another committee member in something he's doing. But despite the tireness, I actually felt that it's fun. There's a meaning when you actually "suffer" to bring joy to others. Servant leaders???? hahaha I didnt understand this two words at first. But today I did get to understand :D Thank you Welcome Party Committee 2007 for everything Zheng wei - Stefan - Jeremiah - Weihua - Leonard - Gerald - Kah Yuan THANKS!! Now that welcome party's over, it's time to really enter Part C life. And I'm experiencing the business now. For next week, everyday of the week is occupied by NCC. Lol... and council. Yesterday was a wow day for me.

Firstly, Katharine McPhee's WHOLE ALBUM leaked on the net.
Lucky me got all the songs whooooo.
And one US forum person preordered 10 CDs from amazon.com
And he decided to send it to my house mailbox FOR FREE
That's so nice of him woa.
As he know that singapore will be receiving the CD later.

Secondly, I studied hard for a chem test that is just a scam.

And reshuffle of OGs and GROUPs.
I got shuffled from drago into vollance
And my OG from 13 (with chowyen) became 6 (with kelline)

So its like very weird.
Suddenly grp huan le
And OGP from someone I quite close to change to someone I don't know.
Kelline arrived later in the day.
Then tried ice breaking with her.
Hopefully we can work together for the orientation bah =)
Lets jiayou lol.

But luckily vollance got ppl I shou with.
Like tenghui who's originally in drago too.
And yunxuan who's also originally in drago (and WELFARE =D)
And minle, joel, qinhui they all.
So its still okay.
But not as fun as drago.
Where got meixuan kangning they all...

Then got mass dance again.
I daaaaance badly again.
And mr chua gave briefing too.

Busy day
Rush to NCC PDS in the morning, then rush home
Rushed through most of my homework (i cant finish!!!)
Then rush to sleep for my BRACES the next day

19/12 - Tues
BRACESSSSSS
the feeling is soooooo weird
My braces no colour de, just silver (cos i requested for it to be like that =D)
Then had council farewell.
Was quite lost then. Cos I'm afterall a first year councillor.. then dont really know the sec 4s who were leaving.
But thanks soohwee for the cup you gave me =)
Then took some pics.
Went home.
(it was raining HEAVILY that day!!!)

20/12 - Wed
Morning supposed to return for council orientation camp
NCC people not excused from NCC, so had to go NCC in the morning.
Woke up, then realised my teeth hurts badly and im having headache
So my mother dint allow me to go NCC, and I don't think I'm able to withstand a day of painful teeth too =X
I mean, 3 days 2 nights.
So I rushed to doctor instead of going NCC in the morning to tkae painkillers for the teeth to stop paining, and then some medicine for my cough lo.
After that went home eat lunch, then rushed to NCC carrying ALL my council "luggage".
Reached sch, called jingfeng, then he told me NCC they all outside armoury.
So I went to change into half U (i wore FULL U to sch)
and went there that time..
TADAA
Everyone else in Full U except leon lim and yiyang.
Lazy to change, so wore half U that day.
And sir came back too that day.
Our performance improved lots too.

PDS is starting to get alot tougher.
5 more trainings, and it's the performance already.
The pressure's on >.<
And I can't seem to get my angles right at some times.

PDS and other stuff have been taking up my holidays alot.
No time to do homework or even read the stupid chinese books.
I'm trying my best to finish them now.
I thought got next week to finish.. but alas..
Council training camp and orientation camp!

PART B CAMP IS OVER omgggg wow!!!

We did it together!
We walked out of the camp together!

this camp made me realise so much
-how important is part B
-how important is encouragement
-how to have confidence in myself
-and many many more

And I cried very badly yesterday when we just finished the 45km hike
I was having this very bad headache..
And then lewis was carrying and supporting me, telling me not to gif up
So I pushed myself..
Push and push..
Then lewis kept supporting me
When we finally reached sch
I think we got punished or sth. cant really remember.
Then my head super pain
And that point of time I on the verge of breaking down already
So I reported sick and cried non stop
Since young, everytime when I cried, I can't stop crying. Don't know why.
Yesterday was a little too emo...
But thanks everyone who helped me in the hike

8.6km run was harrrrd because i was having fever

and in two days im entering part B camp
